Come hear an uplifting and motivational talk from Gary Huckaby Jr, PhD, SHRM SCP about how we can leverage our own personalities to maximize our effectiveness as HR professionals. Through story telling and laughter we will gain a better understanding of how our behaviors and personalities affect our influence over our HR world. We will also gain insight and perspective into what motivates and drives our employees regarding relationships. Finally, we will tackle keeping our own metal health in the right place during this time of a pandemic and social change.
