2006 EASHRM Major Accomplishments

  v Implemented a new and improved Chapter website

v Increased membership of the chapter with a total of 92 members as of 12/31/06

v Increased certified (PHR/SPHR) members to the chapter

v Maintained national SHRM membership of at least 30%

v Continued support of local community, including contributions to The Miracle Field, The Humane Society, East Alabama Food Bank, and more.

v Increased contribution to SHRM Foundation from previous year

v Updated and ratified Chapter by-laws

v President attended all State Council meetings conducted during the year

v Submitted a Chapter Achievement Plan (CAP) to national SHRM with an increase in accomplishments from the previous year
